Have you ever felt bad, like sad or frustrated? Felt like you just needed to clear your head, get away? I find that when I feel like this I usually only have to go as far as outside.
Walking or sitting in nature can make all the difference to your mood.
It can be the beach or the bush or whatever nature you enjoy or have close to you. A walk in the park perhaps?
I don’t know if it’s the fresh air or the sunshine or our original connection to our environment, or all of the above but I truely find that it changes everything for the better and kind of works like a fresh start.
