Things to do with kids that help boost their health and teach good food habits are always a good idea and today’s post is about … (drum roll please) … yup! Juice! I might have given that away a little by the title but oh well.
Mum and I have really been getting into all natural juices recently. The kind of juices that you make yourself, right from scratch. Here I am enjoying a juice for breakfast in a restaurant and I was happy that they offered fresh juice. This one tasted quite watermeloney (probably not a word).
Making your own juice fresh at home is a good habit for kids as not only can they make it themselves (depending) but it means they aren’t drinking all of the sugar and other things that can be found in juices that aren’t necessarily healthy at all.
