On this blog we do ‘big’. We like to collect photos from around Australia of anything ‘BIG‘, to suggest these photo ops as some things to do with kids. And as far as big goes this, I think you’ll agree, would more than qualify as a big piece of gravel.
At over 8 tonne it is not your usual piece of gravel for your driveway at home and with it towering over me and displayed with it’s own plaque, it qualifies for a spot on the blog.
I jumped out and grabbed a photo with this as we got some fuel for the car at Wudinna in South Australia.
Honestly, I didn’t think to check the name of the roadhouse but there are two right next to each other and you don’t even have to leave the road you are travelling on. If it’s not the first one it’s the second one – you’ll see it from the road.
