You don’t need me to tell you that fitness activities are great things to do with kids.
Here we have a before and after shot of a fitness session. I am pumped and ready to go in the before and ready to hit a warm shower in the after. Although it kinda looks like I’ve already had half a shower lol
Do you have a PT (personal trainer)? Are you a member of your local gym or a sporting group of some kind? What about the kids? Are they into sport or fitness?
I don’t play a sport but I do sporty stuff like kayaking, swimming, skipping as well as yoga and fitness. Everyone is different, most of my activities aren’t sporty but I think it’s important for kids to find some sort of physical activity that they enjoy enough to do on a regular basis.
