Things to do with kids being healthy are important. Drinking water has to be right up there just under sleeping.
There is so much debate going on about kids (or anyone) drinking cool drink, soft drink, soda. Whatever you call it, it isn’t water. Even most fruit drinks are nothing like a natural fruit drink and many are just as bad as the fizzy drinks.
I like a glass of fizzy. My favorite has a passion fruit flavor, but I couldn’t tell you the last time I had some – maybe at Easter when our family had a meal together?
Water is best – there’s no debate there – children should know this so we can make good choices.
