When it comes to things to do with kids that haven’t ever been to the snow, going to the snow, seeing snow, touch snow and playing just about any game or activity to do with snow is amazing!
The first time that I ever saw snow I was in Baw Baw, Victoria (Australia). We weren’t actually ‘at the snow’ but we were there and there it was.
Snow is pretty but also very cold (funny about that?) and if you live at the snow or are going to the snow you would usually buy proper snow clothes but I just had to use some gloves, scarf and jacket that I had available and get out there.
We made snowballs and I threw mine at Mum. I missed! But Mum hit me with a snowball in the face! lol
Walking through snow was strange because you sink really quickly into the snow and it makes a squenching sound. I’ve always wanted to see the snow and I was happy when I finally got to – it was all I thought it would be.
One day I want to have a proper snow holiday with skiing and the chair lifts and everything!
